REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We provide you with an exchange and return service within 3 days from the date of receiving the order

To be eligible for a return / exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues :

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds :

Once a return has been approved, you will receive an automatic refund back to your original payment method. The automatic refund could take 1-14 business days, if your bank declines it, we will contact you to conduct a manual refund by transferring to your bank account. This process could take an additional 1-7 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items :

Perfumes and accessories are not applied to this policy. discounted merchandise is not applied to the return and exchange policy.

لكي تكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع/الاستبدال، يجب أن تكون السلعة بنفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها، غير ملبوسة أو غير مستخدمة، مع العلامات، وفي عبوتها الأصلية. ستحتاج أيضًا إلى إيصال أو إثبات الشراء.

يرجى فحص طلبك عند الاستقبال والاتصال بنا على الفور إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو إذا استلمت منتجًا خاطئًا، حتى نتمكن من تقييم المشكلة وتصحيحها.

مدة الاستبدال / الاسترجاع:

تتم عملية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في غضون ٣-٥ ايام عمل لاستلام المنتج .

المبالغ المستردة:

بمجرد الموافقة على الإرجاع، ستتلقى استردادًا تلقائيًا إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية الخاصة بك. قد يستغرق استرداد الأموال التلقائي من 1 إلى 14 يوم عمل، إذا رفض البنك الذي تتعامل معه، فسنتصل بك لإجراء استرداد يدوي عن طريق التحويل إلى حسابك حساب مصرفي. قد تستغرق هذه العملية من 1 إلى 7 أيام عمل إضافية.

الاستثناءات/العناصر غير القابلة للإرجاع:

لا تنطبق العطور والإكسسوارات على هذه السياسة، ولا تنطبق البضائع المخفضة على سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.
